Special Order Room
Our Special Order Room has everything you need to do your product research; we have an Internet Café stocked with catalogs for many vendors. We have wireless access to the Internet, a color printer, copy machine and access to telephones.
Why Special Order Operations? It is not physically possible to carry everything in our store that the ships and units need to accomplish their rapidly changing mission demands. Having said that, we do have the ability to find and bring in just about anything you need to get the job done in a timely fashion.
Send an email to SpecialOrders@servmartguam.com detailing your needs or fill out the REQUEST FOR QUOTATION form at the bottom of this page. Give as much information as possible about the item(s) you are looking for and we will send you a quote once we have the item sourced.
INSTRUCTIONS: Enter a detailed description including Manufacturer and NSN if known onto the REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FORM (RQF). If NSN is not known, we will work based on description. If this is a replacement item, if possible upload a digital photo to the RQF.
Complete one RQF for each item.
We can also arrange delivery for items to just about anywhere in the Pacific Area of Operations.
